72cavity cap mould

1.      We use S136 stainless steel made in Sweden with hardness HRC48-52. It can ensure its good polish and life guarantee of the cap mould.

2.      We use Anole hot runner system with German heating elements. Anole is our subsidiary company; we will take care of both mould and hot runner after sales, so you don’t need to worry about the hot runner problems.

3.      We have rich experience in cap mould with 8cavity, 16cavity, 24cavity, 32cavity, 48cavity and 72cavity. Every year we make around 500 sets of cap moulds.

4.      We use advanced equipment for cap mold tooling with high precision, like Fidia high speed CNC milling machine from Italy, Sodick EDM from Japan, Mazak high speed lathe machine from Japan and so on. We can reach the required weight by one time tooling and could ship mould after only trial.

5.      We can offer you one year warranty. We will offer new parts for free if any parts damaged
