We made family rectangle bucket mould for customer in Norway. At same time, we got feedback for them.

For 7.5L family rectangle bucket mould, which is 2cavity rectangle bucket and 2cavity matched handle, we use DIN 1.2344 + Copper Beryllium (Becu) steel material, the Becu is for faster heat transferring to reach fast cycle time. And we use 4points Anole hot runner with valve gate for shortening the cycle time of mould and improving the efficiency of machine.

For 7.5L family bucket injection machine, we have our dakumar machine with servo energy saving injection machine. Usually, for family bucket mould with 2cavity, it needs bigger machine, like 1800ton, 2000ton. We supply rectangle mould, rectangle mould injection machine and necessary auxiliary.

How to make a good plastic pail mould?

1^st  High quality pail mould need an optimal design. On the pail mould design, we need to consider thickness, weight, water proof, stacking etc. In addition, as we all know, the match is very important, so in Sino, we will arrange professional product designer to design.

2^nd  Pail mould need good hot runner system, it can shorten cycle time of mould and improve the efficiency of machine.

3^rd  Plastic pail mould need specially designed for most cooling system. In usual case, we advise our customers adopt the bottle of pail with Becu for fast heater transferring.

4^th  For pail material, we have related engineer to test the raw material and choose the best suitable material with good MFI.

5^th  We will inspect water proof for pail. Sino have standard drop test procedure and pre-analysis report before making pail. Therefore, the drop test can be easily passed by our QC support.

Thin wall box production line

PET preform mold always have multi-cavities, so we advise our customer to choose a litter big pet injection molding machine, for example, 72cavity 26g preform mold, the injection weight needs 72*26=1872g, so customer think the injection machine weight 1872g is enough, but we suggest our customer to buy 3200g machine, that means around DKM 650Ton PET injection machine. It’s better for mold and products.

Hot runner

Sino use Anole hot runner system with German heating elements. Anole is our subsidiary company; we will take care of both mold and hot runner after sales, so you don’t need to worry about the hot runner problems.

Auxiliary machines:
