Let us talk about how to make plastic chair mould as below:

For plastic chair material, we usually use PP (shrinkage rate 1.6%) for most of chair. But PC / ghost chair mould, we use PC material. PC material have some feature, like transparency, stronger strength…

For plastic chair steel material, we usually use P20 made in China with the hardness HRC28-31, which is the most economic steel for chair mould products. Of course, if you have specially requirements, we will give you the best solution.

For plastic chair molds running cycle time, it would be 35~50s. It depends on the mould design, the mould structure, mould tooling precision and so on. A good chair mould can shorten chair cycle time.

A good chair mould with less weigh and good strength, we can reach this level. For example, using low MFI material is to make sure good strength.
