For plastic chair mould, we use P20,718H, DIN1.2311, DIN1.2738 and other good steel material according chair products design and our customer requirements. The chair production line need to run high efficiency, which need optimal cooling system and well-design chair mould structure. Using high precision processing equipment, CNC milling machine is for chair mould parting line tooling, it can make parting line comfortable.

For chair injection machine, our dakumar usually use DKM520 to DKM1600, which is suitable for baby chair mould, daily use chair mould, rattan chair mould, gas assisted chair mould, beach chair mould and so on.
